Lotte Aimée is a dancer, choreographer and certified

Gyrotonic teacher from Holland.

 

During her career as a dancer, she discovered the Gyrotonic Method which helped her discover how to move intelligently and durably, while developing a more conscious relationship with her body and increasing her movement capacity.

 

Today she teaches this method gently and with precision

so each of her students can learn how to move

consciously and freely.
