RINA

Rina studied ballet in Japan from a very young age.

In 2010 she moved to Spain to develop her studies in Contemporary Dance at the Barcelona Conservatory of
Dance.

She began her career working with companies such as ITDansa in Spain and Nanine Linning/Theatre Heidelberg in Germany where she acquired solid experience as a performer.

A herniated disk made her become more aware of the importance of taking care of the body and the mind.

In 2019 she moved to Paris as a freelance dancer and
discovered the Gyrotonic Method and immediately recognised the benefits of this technique.

In 2020, after passing her certification as a Gyrotonic Teacher Rina started teaching classes based on preventing injury, enhancing mobility and reducing stress. She
assists each student with precise attention, due to her own experience in re-education, adapting the class to the students’ needs to strengthen physical and mental resilience and to promote a profound sense of well-being.
