Five years ago now, the joyful happenings of life made me discover Gyrotonic. At the time teaching French for foreigners, I decided to start moving physically, and professionally. Along the way, I wanted to offer my new learners to teach them a more universal language, that of their bodies.

So here I am in this great adventure of the movement.
